Boys & Men Programs
International FC’s male programs provide a high-performance, player-centered environment designed to develop confident and well-rounded athletes. Guided by the IFC methodology, our programs' focus on strong technical leadership, elite development standards, and long-term player pathway opportunities. Through quality coaching, collaboration, and integrity, we support each athlete with a clear pathway to reach their individual potential all while building leadership, strong values, and lifelong connections to the game and soccer community.
Grassroots
The IFC Grassroots Program introduces young players (U4-U13) of all levels to the game in a fun, safe, and engaging environment that emphasizes enjoyment, learning, and development. Built on strong fundamentals and age-appropriate training, our player-centered approach helps children develop confidence, basic skills, and a love for soccer while fostering teamwork, respect, and positive values that extend beyond the field.
Academy
The IFC Academy Program provides a high-quality development pathway for players through the highest competitive environments. Grounded in the IFC methodology, the academy focuses on technical excellence, tactical understanding, holistic player development, and international exposure. With a player-centered approach and progressive standards-based training, athletes are supported in choosing the pathway that best fits their goals while building discipline, character, teamwork and a strong foundation for long-term success in the game and life.
League1 ON
The IFC Men's League1 Program stands as the apex of the male pathway, competing at the highest domestic Pro-Am level. This program challenges driven players through elite standards, professional expectations, and a culture of accountability and excellence. Our League1 teams provide a platform for players to continue their career development, gain exposure, and pursue opportunities at other professional or semi-professional levels of the game (e.g. CPL/MLS or collegiate).
